Dr. Bibian Ugoala has BA, MA and PhD in English from the University of Lagos. She is a lecturer in the Department of Languages, National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja. Her areas of research interests are: Critical Discourse Analysis, Pragmatics, Computer-mediated Communication, and Multimodal analysis. etc.
