NSC214:Human Physiology II

NSC 214: General and Cellular Pathology is a 200 level 2-unit course, designed in comprehensive modules for all nursing students in the B.Sc program in nursing. It is purposed to give the basic but explicit description of those general and cellular intricacies of disease process; useful to the modern nursing practitioner. What Will You Learn?

The overall aim of this course: NSC 214; General and Cellular Pathology, is to enable you to understand the cellular events leading to diseases. From cellular response to stress and noxious substances, to cull injury and death, to wound healing, oedema formation and shock, disorders of cell growth and differentiation down to cancer formation.
