PUL337:Public Administrative Law

Constitution is the whole system of government of a country, the collection of rules which establish and regulate or govern the government. Nwabueze (1993) refers to the constitution as the frame of composition of a government, to the way in which government is actually structured in terms of its organs, the distribution of power within it, the relations of the organs inter-se, and the procedures for exercising powers.
