AEM736:Extension Organization and Management

Extension Organisation and Management is a two-credit unit course available to all students offering Agricultural Extension and Management (AEM). It is a special field of Agricultural Extension, with particular emphasis on management and administration. The practitioner is an administrator and therefore must be trained in the same way and work with the same methods as his counterparts who specialize in other areas of Agricultural Extension.
