What Will You Learn?

These broad aims will be achieved by:

I) Educating the student about the process of colonization of Nigeria, the unification of the diverse peoples, and the constitutional developments.

(ii) Highlighting the prospects and challenges of the colonial policies and their implications on Nigerian contemporary politics.

iii) Acquaintingthestudentwiththecontributionoftheearly nationalist leaders in the attainment of independence.
